Everlasting Threads is a family owned and operated, custom sewing and upholstery service located in the Northland of Kansas City, Missouri; servicing the greater Kansas City Metro area.

Established in 2007, Everlasting Threads specializes in contract sewing, upholstery, custom apparel, home decor, furniture slipcovers, furniture restoration and vintage up-cycling of previously loved furniture.

We answer ALL of your sewing needs by offering a wide range of sewing services such as production, alterations, garment repair, stage costumes, embroidery, quilt piecing, quilting, quilt restoration, Renaissance Festival Garb, Period costumes, dance costumes, photography props, draperies, custom home decor items, patches, and specialty sewing for every design. With over 20 years of sewing experience, our seamstresses and dress makers are detail oriented and always give white-glove customer service.

Furniture isn't made to last several generations like it used to be. Our furniture team can up-cycle your vintage furniture and give it a clean, fresh look. Keep that family heirloom in the family and out of the landfill by giving it a new finish or a new purpose in your home.

We offer pickup of materials and delivery of finished projects in the greater Kansas City Metro area.

Each client is equally important to us and no order is given ‘RUSH’ status. Orders are completed on a first in, first out basis. All estimates include tentative scheduling and completion times.
